AIM

To move away from 'danger', i.e. an opponent in front of you or a congested areas of the pitch.

 

 

STANCE

Place the mat in front of you and feet and ball next to your right foot as indicated.

Your weight is on your right front foot.

DANCE

Move your weight to your front foot whilst guiding the ball forward. Now timing gets tricky.

When the ball is moves past your left foot start the right foot step and the body pivot anti-clockwise.

Continue guiding the ball and put down your right FRONT foot when the ball is at the top of the bend.

Push away with your right front foot to keep the pivot rotation going.

Make the right foot step whilst keeping that ball rolling!

COMMENT

Get the feet, ball and body movement smooth before you speed up.

This move actually might be more effective when done small and tight instead of  large.

Any left winger should master the roll-out impeccably!
