AIM

Control the ball whilst moving your STICK + BODY + FEET at the same time! 

 

 

STANCE

Start with your left or right foot next to the mat and the other behind as indicated.
If your left foot is forward the ball starts at the right position and vice versa.
Your weight is on the forward foot (the front of the forward foot and not on your heel).

DANCE 
Move the ball backwards at an angle whilst shifting your weight from forward to back foot.
And whilst Moving your forward foot to next to your back foot as indicated.
Now move the ball across just like in the Dribble.
From the furthest left (backhand) or right, move the ball forwards at an angle
Whilst moving your other foot forward and shifting your weight.
This way you end how you begun and are set up to do it in reverse.

COMMENT 

Don't expect this to go well at first. It is tricky indeed.

Take your time and speed up when your coordination allows you to.
