AIM
To dance yourself out of sticky situations and switch play to the left.
STANCE
Bend knees, stick upright and ball next to your right foot. Your left foot is behind.
Left hand is at top of stick (tell time on a wrist watch) and the right hand about 15 cm lower.
DANCE
Guide ball forward along mat whilst stepping forward with your left foot and shifting your weight forward.
Push backwards with front of left foot and pull ball back too at an angle whilst pivoting body anti-clockwise.
Step angled with front of left foot and move stick-head behind.
Push off with front of right foot and guide ball as indicated.
COMMENT
This is an advanced Move for the top end of the class.
