AIM
To control the ball from left to right in proper POSTURE.
STANCE
Almost as if you are sitting on a chair and for details see mat.
Don't be a rhino. Bend your knees, straighten your back and look around for the show.
Place your feet as indicated and your weight is on the front of your foot on the side where the ball is.
Left hand is on top of your stick and right hand about 15 cms lower (left elbow possibly forward).
DANCE
Control the ball from left to right and vice versa whilst moving your weight from one front foot to the other.
The top of your body kind of sways like a tree in the wind.
Once you sway well, accentuate how far you push your top wrist especially to the right.
COMMENT
Many young players neglect their posture and unsurprisingly fail to make the top teams in later life.
Because scanning whilst controling the ball is often the difference between 1st and lower teams.
