STANCE

The ball is next to your left foot which carries your weight and the right foot is behind (not indicated).

Your stick is in a straight line with you underarm behind the ball, your back straight and your head up.

DANCE

Step to the right as indicated whilst guiding the ball past next to your right foot.

Weight shifts to the front of your right foot, your body is still straight upish whilst moving the ball.

Hoopla your stick fakes a pass to the right and continues to move around the ball to pull it across.

Shift your weight from right to left and step to the left sideways away from your opponent.

COMMENT

Another classic Move which can really work if you pull the ball proper and wide sideways.

Again practise all details but in a match you'll have to go LARGE to avoid that long flat forehand tackle.

Some players actually pull the ball at the end totally across to their backhand and leg it.
