Why is this diagram 14 for the advanced top end of the class players? It is just simple, isn't it?
Far far too many balls fly against defender's legs, torso or even face. This IS a possibly dangerous Move.
You have to CONTROL it properly and only then use it. Don't go lifting the ball above knee height!
Plus the sideways part is essential to go past the defender and not run it him/her.
